Design feasibility into possible development of the site next to the well established Grand Hotel in Llandudno, formerly occupied by a Listed theatre that had burnt to the ground, except for its cast iron colonnade.

The study looked at the mix of spaces available, dividing between different income sources, and what the parameters were for an overall volume and spatial organisation (circulation and relationship to public access to the site).
