Trefniadau gwaith yn ystod y cyfnod o ynysu cymdeithasol. Mewn ymgais i leihau ymlediad COVID-19 fe benderfynwyd fore Llun 23ain o Fawrth i gau'r swyddfa. Yn sgil y newid yma mae pob aelod o staff y cwmni bellach yn gweithio o gartref er ceisio sicrhau fod prosiectau mewn llaw yn cael eu cwblhau mor fuan ag sydd bosibl. Fe all y bu i chi brofi rhai anawsterau i gysylltu â ni dros y dyddiau diwethaf wrth i ni sefydlu sustemau a strwythurau newydd a fydd yn caniatáu i ni weithio fel cynt ond rydym yn obeithiol iawn fod hyn bellach mewn trefn gennym. Bydd modd i chi gysylltu â ni fel arfer drwy e-bost a/neu ffôn ac fe fyddwn yn ymateb i bawb sydd yn cysylltu mor fuan â phosibl. Os oes gennych unrhyw gwestiwn neu sylw ynglŷn â phrosiect unigol yna mae croeso i chi gysylltu â ni. Mae ymlediad y firws yn bryder i nifer fawr o bobl ac yn creu heriau a rhwystrau nad ydym yn gyfarwydd â hwy. Fodd bynnag mae'r cyfnod yma hefyd yn creu cyfleoedd wrth i ni ymdopi a chreu strwythurau a sustemau newydd sydd ond yn bosibl oherwydd datblygiad diweddar dechnoleg gwybodaeth. Work arrangements during the period of social isolation.
In an attempt to restrict the increasing spread of COVID-19 it was decided on Monday morning the 23rd of March to close the office. As a result of this change all members of staff are now working from home to try and ensure that all current projects are completed with as little disruption as possible.
You may have experienced some issues in the intervening period as our systems and structures have been adapted to work as seamlessly as possible but we are very hopeful that these are now established.
I would like to reassure you that it is possible to contact us as usual by email and/or by phone and we will respond to all those who do as soon as we are able to. If you have any questions or concerns in relation to any individual project please contact us.
The spread of the virus is of concern to a great many and has created a number of unusual challenges for us. However, this period does also create opportunities as we adapt and create new structures and systems which are only possible as a result of recent developments in IT.
We hope that you are able as individuals and families to avoid the infection and look forward to the period when we can once again meet with each other socially.
