Founding Partner: Director of the practice, responsible for most of the practice's larger projects, including significant education and residential projects, as well as many projects for individual private clients.

Architect: Responsible for running many of the practice's most prominent projects over the years, with extensive experience of the architectural world on Merseyside before coming to Pwllheli in 1994.

Architect: After 18yrs in Manchester working on schools and community projects, refurbishing and converting listed buildings, landscape design as well as academic teaching, Rhodri has now returned to the area to focus on designing and delivering domestic, residential and community projects in his native landscape.

Office Manager: With a background in computing and construction Arfon is responsible for our Pwllheli office and looks after our accounts.
